Brunch is only available on Sunday.

TRADITIONAL OMELETTES
Choose from: Bacon and Cheddar, Ham and Swiss, Three Cheese or Western. Served with Friday’s® au gratin breakfast potatoes and toast, English muffin or bagel with cream cheese.

VEGGIE WHITE OMELETTE
Egg white omelette filled with vegetables, marinated mushrooms, chopped tomatoes and Swiss cheese. Served with fresh fruit and your choice of English muffin, toast or bagel with cream cheese.

EGG BREAKFAST
Three large eggs, any style, with choice of country ham, bacon or link sausage. Served with Friday’s® au gratin breakfast potatoes and your choice of toast, English muffin or bagel with cream cheese.

EGGS BENEDICT
Two poached eggs on English muffin halves with grilled Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce. Topped with a black olive half and served with fresh fruit and Friday’s® au gratin breakfast potatoes.

TENDERLOIN BENEDICT
Two poached eggs on English muffin halves with chargrilled filet mignon, sautéed mushrooms and hollandaise sauce. Served with fresh fruit and Friday’s® au gratin breakfast potatoes.

FRESH FRUIT MEDLEY
Juicy wedges of fresh cantaloupe and honeydew, with slices of pineapple, oranges and strawberries. Served with lemon honey yogurt.

MONTE CRISTO FRENCH TOAST
French toast stuffed with ham and American cheese, batter-dipped and fried golden. Topped with powdered sugar and served with fresh fruit and warm syrup.

FRENCH TOAST
This would make even the French proud! Thick sliced vanilla bread, egg battered and grilled golden. Topped with powdered sugar and served with whipped butter, warm syrup and your choice of country ham, bacon or link sausage.

GRANOLA BELGIAN WAFFLE
Light and crispy malted granola waffle topped with fruit and freshly whipped cream. Served with your choice of country ham, bacon or link sausage. Strawberry, Apple-Pecan or a combination of both.

BRUNCH POTATO SKINS
Friday’s® crispy potato skins filled with layers of scrambled eggs, sausage, bell peppers, onions, broccoli, sour cream and melted Jack and Colby cheeses. Topped with a black olive half and served with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and fresh salsa.

BREAKFAST CLUB SANDWICH
Two fried eggs layered with ham, crisp bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on white or wheatnut toast. Served with Friday’s® au gratin breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit.

BRUNCH ENCHILADAS
Fresh eggs scrambled Southwestern style, rolled in corn tortillas and topped with our ranchero sauce, melted cheese, sour cream and avocado. Served with black beans, rice and fresh fruit.

BRUNCH DRINKS

BRANDY ALEXANDER
Brandy, dark creme de cocao and cream. Chilled straight-up or frozen with vanilla ice cream.

FROZEN BELLINI
Champagne with vodka, peach schnapps and peaches blended with crushed ice.

ULTIMATE BLOODY MARY
Peppered vodka and our own Bloody Mary recipe.

GRAND MIMOSA
Champagne with orange juice and Grand Marnier.

BELLINI
Champagne with peach nectar and peach schnapps.

MIMOSA
Champagne and orange juice.
